SEATTLE — A small old rental house was recently demolished at 4134 Beach Drive S.W. The property is owned by Capco Investment, which had filed a nine-unit apartment plan for the midblock property back in 2016. Then as now, Studio 19 Architects is in charge of the design.
The proposal, now being dusted off, doesn't have a master use permit. However, plans filed this week indicate new momentum. The proposed three-story building would have about 11,100 square feet above grade, plus underground parking for eight vehicles.
