Coffee shop and wine bar coming to Overlook Walk

The goal is for a summer opening.

On the downtown Seattle waterfront, Overlook Walk opened to great fanfare last fall. Thousands flocked to see the new rooftop park and cascade of stairs descending from Pike Place Market, over the new Ocean Pavilion and down to the shore of Elliott Bay.
