SEATTLE — Directly east of Capitol Hill Station is an unwieldy assortment of parcels with two different owners. At one time, Carmel Partners was considering a big gerrymandered assemblage; local shop Great Expectations was then considering selling its parcels to Carmel, which abandoned its plan in early 2023.
Thus the new simplified plan, filed this week, from Great Expectations and Neiman Taber Architects at 112 10th Ave. E. Their midblock assemblage extends east to 11th Avenue East.
