Tukwila hotel trades for $28M

By JOURNAL STAFF

TUKWILA — An Embassy Suites by Hilton, at 15920 W. Valley Hwy., sold this week for $28 million, according to King County records. The deal included a $1.2 million personal property deduction for the furniture and fixtures.

The seller was SeaTac Hotel Owner LLC, which acquired the property in 2015 for about $19.2 million.
