No TCO? No problemo! Skanska starts leasing 324 Belltown units at the Kaye

Skanska acquired the Fourth Avenue site, once home to the Kaye-Smith Productions recording studio, in 2017.

Usually, but not always, the city-issued temporary certificate of occupancy precedes the leasing at a new apartment building. Not so with the high-rise Kaye, at 2208 Fourth Ave. in Belltown. Its 324 units are now in pre-leasing mode for summer move-ins, indicating a high level of confidence from developer Skanska USA that it'll have the TCO in coming weeks.
