Nonprofit moving to 800 Fifth

The 42-story 800 Fifth was refreshed four years ago by Olson Kundig.

SEATTLE — EQ Office, part of Blackstone, went on a downtown office-buying spree in 2019. That year, it picked up the U.S. Bank Centre (now USBC), Wells Fargo Center (aka 999 Third) and the 800 Fifth Avenue building.
