Duwamish complex sells for over $8M

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — An industrial property at 7266 Eighth Ave. S. sold last week for over $8.5 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Southmark Properties LLC, associated with occupant Markey Machinery, which had owned the property for decades.
