Alliance opens 285 Tukwila units near Southcenter mall

Leasing banners now adorn the building, a few steps east of the mall.

Alliance Residential began construction not long after the land sale, almost exactly two years ago, on the apartments now pre-leasing at 500 Baker Blvd. in Tukwila.
