Where Ballard Denny's once stood, and fell, Urbana trades for $121M

Urbana was part of the pre-MHA wave of midrise apartments in Ballard.

The Urbana Apartments, at 1501 N.W. 56th St. , sold last week for just under $121 million, according to King County records.
