Another bar for Stadium District?

SEATTLE — The clothing boutique Velouria closed its doors last summer at 145 S. King St. That's one of the retail bays at Stadium Place, with its apartments over parking and retail.

Pillar Properties owns the 497-unit full-block development, with its 26-story Wave and 11-story Nolo apartment towers above the podium.
