Airbnb inks rare new lease in Pioneer Square

The renovated former warehouse now faces sunny Alaskan Way instead of the gloomy old viaduct.

Crews from BNBuilders are now revamping the upper offices at the vacant 95 S. Jackson St. building for a new tenant, Airbnb. A small contingent of Zulily workers previously occupied the space, apparently on a short-term basis.
