47 Roosevelt units sell for over $17M

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — An apartment building at 6410 Ninth Ave. N.E. sold this week for not quite $17.5 million, according to King County records.

The seller was original developer Dally Properties LLC, which acquired the land in 1998 for $580,000, then put up the building.
