Pallis paid over $45M for big Frederickson industrial project

Three buildings are to have 584,006 square feet. Sierra will buld them for new owner Dermody.

A vacant 41-acre Frederickson development site, at and around 5211 Canyon Circle East, sold last week for $45.5 million, according to Pierce County records. The buyer was DPIF4 WA 13 Frederickson LLC, associated with Dermody, a regular in our industrial/logistics market.
