37 Edmonds units trade for over $10M

By JOURNAL STAFF

EDMONDS — An apartment building at 7714 196th St. S.W. sold last week for just under $10.4 million, according to Snohomish County records. The seller was PAQ Properties LLC, which acquired the property in 2000 for about $2.3 million.

The buyer was SLP Olympic LLC, which is associated with a Seattle investor.
