Retail property trades for over $7M

EVERETT — A retail building at 811 S.E. Everett Mall Way (state Route 99) sold last week for $7.3 million, according to Snohomish County records. The seller was John Kirk, who acquired the property in 2021 for $5.9 million.

The buyer was Crystal Lake Holdings LLC, which is associated with the family owners of Bill Pierre Ford. Public records indicate a loan from Gensworth Life Insurance.
