SeaCon closes land sale in North Bend

By JOURNAL STAFF

NORTH BEND — An undeveloped 35-acre future development site, at 46550 S.E. North Bend Way, sold last week for a bit over $7.1 million. King County recorded the deal on Thursday. The seller, as planned, was timber company Puget Western, which had owned the property for decades.

The buyer was Middle Fork Property Development LLC, which is associated with local builder/developer SeaCon.
