Amazon supports $55M affordable housing deal for 200 Kirkland units

Amenities at Vue include an outdoor pool.

The Vue Kirkland apartment complex, at 11733 N.E. 131st Place , sold this week for $55.2 million, according to King County records. The seller was SEA 131 2012 LLC, associated with Acacia Capital, which acquired the property in 2015 for almost $40.9 million.
