SPS pays over $12M for SoDo property

SEATTLE — A warehouse at 3223 Third Ave. S. sold this week for $12.5 million, according to King County records.

The seller was CREF3 3rd Ave Owner LLC, associated with investment giant Fortress, which acquired the property in 2022 for $15.8 million.
