First Hill corner returns to market

SEATTLE — An old First Hill rooming house was razed late last year at 621 Ninth Ave., following vacant-building citations from the city.

An Issaquah investor owns the sloping corner site, at Cherry Street near Harborview. With Johnston Architects, a six-story, 20-unit condominium had been proposed. There is no master use permit.
