Offices at Tacoma's Old City Hall may finally open this fall

Behold! The OCH! The Italianate building, on the north end of downtown, totals about 84,000 square feet.

In downtown Tacoma, Lee & Associates represents the future offices and other commercial space at Old City Hall. That historic brick pile at 625 Commerce St. has been undergoing extensive rehabilitation for several years now. Each hint of an opening date from local owner Surge has been hindered by the inevitable complications of working on a creaky old structure from the 1890s.
