Goodwill pays $41M for Tacoma warehouses

TACOMA — An industrial complex at 3120 and 3102 S. Pine St. sold last week for $41 million, according to Pierce County records.

The seller, via an LLC, was CenterPoint, the large logistics company. It acquired the property in 2017 for $11 million.
