More tourists demand more beer! Urban Family files waterfront plan

Zoetrope Architecture Studio filed the Urban Family Brewing plan for the long-vacant space across from Pier 54.

First, as the DJC reported last fall, Reuben's Brews filed plans for a new location at Harbor Steps, which will open soon on First Avenue for thirsty summer visitors. Construction there is well underway.
