42 Lakewood units trade for over $7M

LAKEWOOD, Pierce County — Arrowhead Park, at 10724 109th St. S.W., sold in April for $7.3 million. Pierce County only recorded the deal last week.

The seller was Arrowhead Park Lakewood LLC, which acquired the apartments in 2010 for just over $1 million.
