28 units proposed for Martin Selig lot

SEATTLE — Cushman & Wakefield is tasked with selling some parking lots and older office buildings, mostly in Uptown and Belltown, that are now in receivership. That's one tranche of the slowly unwinding Martin Selig Real Estate empire.

Prospective buyer Intracorp recently filed an early residential plan for the parking lot at 400 Fourth Ave. W. That's on the southwest end of Uptown, next to the Scientology building. Cone Architecture prepared the five-building, 28-unit townhouse plan, a surprisingly low-density play for a half block zoned up to 85 feet.
