SEATTLE — Westlake Associates is asking $2.6 million for a midblock development site at 3622 Woodland Park Ave. N. in Fremont . Now with a small, doomed rental building, the site offers 6,500 square feet, with zoning up to 75 feet. Brokers Travis Kannier and Ellen Mohl say its status is pending.
The sale may come soon, or following the future issue of a master use permit. Timberlane Partners said this week that it is working with architect Hewitt on a seven-story, 133-unit apartment plan.
