Koelsch completes 188 Lacey units at Karlo

The five-building project includes a clubhouse, fitness center, and courts for pickleball and basketball.

Down in Thurston County, where Koelsch Communities is based, the builder/developer paid about $2.2 million three years ago for an over 8.5-acre development site in Lacey. Construction began in 2022 at 8811 31st Ave. N.E., a little south of the Hawks Prairie Golf Course.
