Bellevue's Four106 office tower is poised to open

Mortenson topped out the 21-story tower last July.

Mortenson Construction began work three summers ago on the new Four106 office tower in downtown Bellevue. Based on a weekend visit, the 21-story tower at 350 106th Ave. N.E. now certainly looks to be complete.
