Two sellers offer big Belltown assemblage on Third Ave.

Haddon Hall, with some fresh murals, sits vacant and boarded up.

Two years ago, as the DJC then reported, Plymouth Housing proposed the demolition of its vacant Haddon Hall residence, at 1921 Third Ave. The nonprofit complained of break-ins, squatters and metal theft, but the demo plan didn't proceed. Instead, the empty six-story building has some fresh murals, and remains vacant and boarded up.
