MUP arrives for 172 Capitol Hill units

The six-story building would replace the old QFC complex on 15th Avenue East.

On Capitol Hill, there's no sign yet of any demolition permits for the commercial strip at 416 15th Ave. E. that was once anchored by a QFC. A few interim tenants remain, and Haunted Burrow Books recently announced a short-term lease, as Capitol Hill Seattle Blog reported earlier this month.
