Bellevue hotel sells for $23M

BELLEVUE — A Residence Inn at 14595 N.E. 29th Place sold this week for $23.7 million, according to King County records.

The seller was HIT SMT Belwa Owner LLC, associated with Hospitality Investor Trust. That large REIT, based in Virginia, acquired the property under a different name in 2016 for about $32.5 million. This week's sale represents a somewhat surprising loss of about 27% over nine years.
