Roster for 302 Northgate units, near station, gains new names

As the DJC first reported in November, Lake Union Partners and the owner of a mundane little Northgate office building are planning to redevelop with apartments. Architect Weinstein AU is designing the seven-story, 302-unit project at 9750 Third Ave. N.E. That's a few steps south of Northgate Station and the mall — now being redeveloped — that adopted its name.
