Renton to celebrate 275 affordable units at Astra

Together, the Solera and Astra apartment buildings total 590 units.

As the DJC reported back in December, the 275-unit Astra, at 2955 N.E. 11th St. in the Renton Highlands, had then begun leasing its affordable units. Since then, its market-rate companion, the 315-unit Solera, has also opened its doors to new residents at 2950 N.E. 11th.
