Amazon-powered grab-and-go coming to Colman Dock

Downstairs, two big glassy bays remain unclaimed. Upstairs, work has begun on the deli.

On the downtown waterfront, our shiny new Colman Dock opened in phases during 2019-2023. The sidewalks and landscaping outside 801 Alaskan Way were a separate project from Waterfront Seattle, and took a little longer. But those are now about 99.9% completed.
