Blindheim building 42 Columbia City units

Given the small scale, completion should be possible by year’s end or sooner.

Earlier this month, as the DJC then reported, Sound Real Estate Development began leasing a new 89-unit apartment project almost directly west of Columbia City Station. That's appropriately dubbed Columbia City Studios. But the same developer, again working with general contractor Blindheim and architect SHW, also has a smaller companion project almost directly east of the station, at 4734 31st Ave. S.
