Blue Heron sells to Remlinger

CARNATION — The former Carnation Golf Course, operating more recently as Blue Heron Golf Course, sold this week for $3.2 million, according to King County records.

It was a foreclosure sale, with a receiver representing the last owner, local entrepreneur Reza Yasseri. He acquired the course, then closed, at 1810 W. Snoqualmie River Road N.E. in 2012 for $580,000. It reopened under the new name the following year.
