SEATTLE — The former Chase Bank at 5464 Sand Point Way N.E. closed well over a year ago. West Coast Commercial Realty has since been offering the 3,147-square-foot building for lease.

It's owned by the Jacobi family (of Windermere Real Estate). You could place the 1980s-era structure in Laurelhurst or Sand Point; it's next to the City People's and ProSki.
