Eastrail Flats opens its 207 Woodinville units to renters

The five-story Eastrail Flats is now ready to rent. The project replaced the old Woodgate Shopping Center.

In downtown Woodinville, MainStreet Property Group broke ground about two years ago on its 207-unit Eastrail Flats apartment project. Now using 17500 133rd Ave. N.E. as its address, the five-story building has opened to renters, the developer announced this week.
