SEATTLE — A bit of Capitol Hill's Auto Row sold last week for $2.7 million, according to King County records.
The seller was longtime building owner the Schwennsen family, which has run its Universal Repair Shop since 1915. It bought the building at 1611 Boylston Ave. many decades ago. Per its website (now dark), “Our company started by repairing the Model T, and has since moved on to repairing tools and equipment for all trades.”
