Immediately south of the Fremont Bridge, on a small triangular block, the ownership, architect, name and address have shifted over the years for the apartments newly leasing there. The five-story, 60-unit Millwright is now going by 2955 Fourth Ave. N., and it received its temporary certificate of occupancy from the city two weeks ago.
