Weber Thompson joins KG Investment effort for Wilburton area project

Bellevue's long-brewing plan to upzone the 300-acre Wilburton area, east of the freeway and south of the Spring District, was implemented earlier this month. The City Council finally enacted the proposed land use code amendment (LUCA). Planning began circa 2017.
