CBRE puts another Vulcan apartment project on the market

The city of Renton approved the Kennydale Gateway apartment plan two years ago. A buyer could keep it, or start fresh.

When CBRE put the two-building, 302-unit Filament apartment plan on the market in May, the DJC remained mum about that Vulcan Real Estate proposal in downtown Bellevue. Puget Sound Business Journal also spotted the listing for the land and unbuilt project, and ran a story. Vulcan didn't then have much to say. Permits are in place, and some initial groundwork has been done. It's a turnkey offering, near the new light-rail station, Bellevue Square and various tech employers. That hasn't yet found a buyer.
