Quarterra gains TCO for Tavin, with 194 Crown Hill units now leasing

The seven-story building replaced a motley row of businesses along Northwest 85th, once home to Goofy’s bar and Stallions (the former Centerfolds). Neither seems likely to return.

Acting as its own builder, developer Quarterra Multifamily began work in early 2023 on the Crown Hill apartment project now known as Tavin, at 8511 15th Ave. N.W.
