Goodman sells 248 Tacoma units for $43M

In two related Parkland-area sales worth $43 million, brokered by Institutional Property Advisors, Goodman Real Estate has sold a pair of neighboring garden apartment complexes to Interstate Equities of California. Both parties used LLCs in the deals, with 248 units changing hands; that works out to about $173,387 per unit.
