East Bellevue site sells for $5M

BELLEVUE — Two small office buildings at 12520 N.E. 10th Place sold this week for $5 million, according to King County records. The seller was a local couple that acquired the property in 1987 for $300,000.

The buyer was the nonprofit Downtown Action to Save Housing, aka DASH, which creates and preserves affordable housing for seniors. (It's related to Transforming Age.) No new plans have been filed. The triangular site is directly west of Evergreen Court, which is owned by Transforming Age.
