Demo looms for Eastgate offices, with 67 townhouses to follow

Looking east, the doomed old office building ...

As the DJC first reported two years ago, Intracorp then acquired a tired old Eastgate office building at 3190 160th Ave. S.E. for $18 million, intending to raze that empty structure for townhouses.
