9 Magnolia units find new owners

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — A small apartment building at 3500 W. Government Way sold this week for a little over $2.9 million, according to King County records. The seller was Sharpe Properties LLC, which acquired the property in 10 months ago for essentially the same amount.

The buyer was Maggie 3500 LLC, which is associated with a local investor. Public records indicate a loan from Bank of America.
