An eggcellent deal in Wallingford

SEATTLE — The Varsity Inn property, at 1801 N. 34th St., sold last week for almost $1.5 million, according to King County records. The seller was the longtime family landowner, separate from the restaurant business.

The buyer was Eggcellent Realty Group LLC, which is associated with a local family. Public records indicate a loan from the seller.
