The north building will have 3,493 square feet of commercial space.

Driving east and uphill from the Edmonds ferry dock, a little past the PCC and Walgreens on your left, there's an unaddressed and forested patch on your right (south). Those 36,375 square feet are just past an electrical substation. That area is generally called the Westgate neighborhood.
