Eastside offices contemplate conversion … to grocery store?

From the street, 12328 Northup is easy to miss. Perhaps that’s the entire point.

An old — by Bellevue standards — office complex at 12328-12372 Northup Way sold five years ago to local investors. There are two buildings, west and east; the smaller west building looks to be mostly vacant.
