22 Bellingham units now in city review

There’s no sign of a builder, and the project could be sold once permits are in hand.

In Bellingham, a vacant patch of land sold last year for $1 million to a local investor. Plans emerged in December for a small new apartment building at 1915 D St., on the corner of Girard Street, right next to Battersby Field. That's a little north of downtown, in what's often called the Lettered Streets neighborhood.
